Strength & Nutrition Coach
Tony is a strength and nutrition coach that first discovered lifting weights as part of training to be a professional wrestler. In 2018, he also started learning the importance of quality nutrition to support physical health as well as mental health. There’s a strong connection between what we put in our bodies, how we treat it, and how it can support us. Tony uses nutrition and strength as a medium to connect with the rest of the body and mind and to bridge connections between them. Tony joined Team Resilience in December 2022. Tony comes to Resilience Integrative with a drive and ambition to help people reach their fitness goals. We are excited for our future collaboration!
