Sound Healing – ($85 for one hour) We are vibrational beings. Simply put when we’re vibrating at a high frequency we experience well-being, relaxation, inner peace, whole body health. When we’re vibrating at a low frequency, we experience the opposite. Instruments are used during sound healing such as  tuning forks, singing bowls, singing crystal glass triangles, gongs, and more. These instruments used strategically and intuitively will help get your body back into alignment so that your vibration is raised not only leading to relaxation but also increased healing mentally, physically, and emotionally. You will leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, often having more clarity, and an overall peaceful feeling.
